LYNCHBURG, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 1.11 acres of land situated at 3200 Old Forest Rd. in Lynchburg, Virginia.  PRIMAX Properties, LLC purchased the land from RSZ Properties for $575,000 to develop a new Advance Auto parts store. Construction is scheduled to begin immediately with the new store tentatively scheduled to open in December 2013.
