
Surge Trampoline and Panera Bread Joining Regency
HENRICO COUNTY, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the continued progress on the redevelopment of Regency Mall with this week’s opening of the newly redesigned and signalized Quioccasin Road entrance, as well as new tenant announcements.
Surge Trampoline has completed a 40,000 square foot lease at Regency. Surge Trampoline, which provides trampoline-themed parties and entertainment, is planned to take the top floors of the former Macy’s North building closest to other new tenants along Quioccasin Road including Starbucks, Chipotle and MOD.
Connie Jordan Nielsen, Nicki Jassy and Pam Strieffler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
Additionally, Panera Bread leased 4,500 square feet in a Regency outparcel building for a drive-thru at the Holly Hill Entrance along Parham Road. Connie Jordan Nielsen represented both Panera and the landlord; Nicki Jassy and Pam Strieffler represented the landlord.
