Zac Price, CPM, CCIM, has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial Property Services. Mr. Price joined Thalhimer in September 2024 as Associate Director with more than 15 years of commercial real estate property and asset management experience. He quickly established himself as a leader and we look forward to his contributions to the growth and performance of the Commercial Property Services group, not only in Richmond but also in the Hampton Roads region. Mr. Price will lead the Virginia Beach and Newport News teams in his new role. He is also president-elect for the Richmond-region IREM chapter.

Sarah-Kate Shea has been promoted to Assistant Portfolio Manager. Ms. Shea joined Thalhimer in July 2021 as a property management assistant, where she supported over five million square feet of commercial and association properties. We look forward to her progress within Commercial Property Services.
