Justin Canose has been promoted to Senior Applications Administrator. He has been with Thalhimer since 2010 and was previously Enterprise Systems Administrator and Network Engineer. Mr. Canose’s key administrative responsibilities have expanded to include SharePoint, 365, Nexus, and ManageEngine.

Carson Newman has been promoted to Desktop Support Lead. He will oversee the support team and track case management and metrics to ensure we meet our service level goals. He has supported end-users for seven years and three years with Thalhimer Desktop Support, CompTIA Network+, and SCRUM Master Certification.

Ryan Milby has been promoted to Senior Desktop Support Technician. Mr. Milby has been with Thalhimer for three years in the Desktop Support role and recently completed CompTIA A+ Training Certification. He likes to tackle the hard-to-solve issues with Microsoft’s ever-changing upgrades and 365 platform and streamline processes to include record-breaking new PC builds.

Hannah Jones has been promoted to Senior Lease Compliance Specialist within Commercial Accounting. Ms. Jones joined Thalhimer in February 2020 and has become an integral part of VersaPay’s success. Her attention to detail and exceptional customer service have contributed to creating a positive experience for our tenants, property owners, and Thalhimer associates.
