New Owner Plans to Build 221,231 SF Industrial Spec Building

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, October 7, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 23.18 acres within West Creek Business Park, a Class A business park located at Route 288 and West Creek Parkway, in Goochland County, Virginia.

Summit Real Estate Group, out of St. Louis, Missouri, purchased the acreage from Brandywine Realty Trust.

Summit Real Estate Group plans to build a speculative industrial building, West Creek Commerce Center, consisting of approximately 221,231 square feet with 1,880 square feet of office space, 32’ clear height, dock height, drive-in loading capabilities, and additional state-of-the-art industrial amenities. Delivery of the newly constructed industrial building is scheduled for fourth quarter of 2026.
