CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have assisted Apex Clean Energy in their lease of a 130,000 square foot headquarters to be constructed on Garrett Street in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Apex Clean Energy plans to occupy 60,000 square feet of the 7-story headquarters, and lease the remaining space to other tenants, including a 10,000 square feet of street-level retail space. Riverbend Development will develop the project with design handled by William McDonough + Partners out of Charlottesville.
