Mark Slusher and Renee Pulliam recently visited the Virginia State Capitol at the Virginia Housing Commission’s request to discuss Regency’s redevelopment. Mark shared the evolution of this project and its overall benefits to the local economy. Members of the Commission shared positive feedback and were complimentary of the improvements that TRP and Rebkee are making at Regency.
The Virginia Housing Commission (VHC) is comprised of elected legislative members that study and provide legislative solutions to ensure the availability of safe, sound, and affordable housing in Virginia. The Commission also makes recommendations concerning real property, community development, land use, and other housing-related issues.
