NORFOLK, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by 1129 Production Road, LLC for the commercial management and leasing of 1129 Production Road, a 346,000 square foot distribution facility on 18.335 acres in Norfolk Industrial Park in Norfolk, Virginia.

1129 Production Road, known as Port Norfolk Commodities Warehouse, is a multi-tenant distribution facility located in Norfolk Industrial Park – the logistical bullseye of Hampton Roads. Several third-party logistics companies operate at the property with US Customs Bonded warehousing, ABC-permitted warehousing, USDA food certification, and Foreign Trade Zone #20 certification.

Christina S. Erman of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Commercial Property Services Group has been named portfolio manager for the properties. Geoff Poston, CCIM, SIOR, also with Thalhimer, is the exclusive leasing representative for the property and is actively marketing the industrial space.
