NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA, November 15, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by Christopher Newport University Real Estate Foundation to provide exclusive leasing and property management services for several retail properties near Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia.

The Retail Shoppes at CNU Village, located at 12368 Warwick Blvd., is a 25,000 square foot neighborhood center hosting tenants such as Panera and T-Mobile. University Retail Place, located at 12386 Warwick Blvd., is a 4,450 square foot center, and Hidenwood Shopping Center, located at 2 Hiden Blvd., is a 102,189 square foot center featuring tenants such as Food Lion, VA ABC, and Dunkin Donuts. Hidenwood and CNU Village have turnkey and vanilla shell small shop spaces available for lease, including a 4,000 square foot former fitness facility.
