CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by TriGate Capital for the commercial management and leasing assignment of Quail Plaza located at 7621 Little Avenue in Charlotte, North Carolina. 
   The Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer team will consist of portfolio manager, Betsy Good, CPM, RPA, and exclusive leasing representatives, Mark C. Holoman and Meredith D. Ball, CCIM.
Quail Plaza was recently purchased by TriGate.  The sale was completed by Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets team consisting of Bill Simerville, Scot Humphrey, Justin Good and Chris Norvell, SIOR representing the seller.
