RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: During Women’s Month, Thalhimer honors the women who are shaping industries and breaking barriers, including those in commercial real estate and construction.
Earlier this month, Thalhimer’s Research Analyst, Isabel Waldbauer, moderated The Metropolitan Business League’s Women in Construction Annual Summit. Isabel and five panelists shared their experiences regarding internships, mentorship, and the significance of finding a workplace that aligns with their values as young women in a male-dominated industry.
Maritza Pechin, Director of Development for Thalhimer Realty Partners, also took the stage as a panelist, sharing valuable insights on collaboration and partnership in development.
