VICE PRESIDENT:
Cliff C. Hamner, CPM, MBA has been promoted to vice president. Mr. Hamner rejoined Thalhimer’s Virginia Beach office in May 2023. He has 25-plus years of commercial real estate experience, with an additional four years in multifamily.

Adam P. Holbrook, CPM has been promoted to vice president. Mr. Holbrook joined Thalhimer’s Richmond office in 2019 as a portfolio manager and was promoted to senior portfolio manager in 2020 and senior portfolio manager, team lead in 2021.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR:
Juliana J. Corbett, ACoM has been promoted to associate director. Ms. Corbett joined Thalhimer’s Newport News office as a portfolio manager in 2008. Ms. Corbett was promoted to senior portfolio manager in 2023. She is an active participate in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), serving on various commmittees.

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER:

Erin Call has been promoted to assistant property manager. Ms. Call joined Thalhimer’s Newport News office in May 2021 as property management assistant. She has over 18 years of experience in customer service and hospitality management.
