RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Richmond associates assisted Henrico Humane Society with their annual Pet Expo at the Richmond Raceway, which was held on Saturday, February 12th. On Friday the 11th, associates helped price and set “yard sale” items for hundreds of donations provided to Henrico Humane Society for the sale. On Saturday, they started early with the 7 am shift, helping to check-in vendors for the day’s event. Two more shifts helped sell tickets, check-in online ticket holders, and assisted with attendee traffic flow of incoming and outgoing attendees throughout the event.  

Pet Expo is a unique indoor event where people can bring their pets to enjoy a day of fun and excitement with the whole family. Vendors and exhibitors were on-site selling pet-related products and services. A variety of activities, many of which involved pet participation, were scheduled throughout the day. All proceeds benefit the Henrico Humane Society, an all-volunteer, nonprofit animal rescue organization founded in 1991.
