RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: On Friday, February 6, Richmond associates from multiple service lines welcomed students from Richmond Public Schools for a Job Shadowing experience in partnership with the Metropolitan Business League (MBL)Youth Entrepreneurship Program. 

Presenters shared insights into commercial real estate career paths at Thalhimer, along with the goals and objectives of our service lines. The session concluded with an overview of the transformative Diamond District redevelopment. Throughout the event, students engaged with industry professionals, expanded their networks, built confidence, explored career opportunities, and strengthened workplace readiness skills through hands-on exposure and guided conversations.
