Ms. Corbett-Bratten joined Thalhimer Multifamily in 2024 as Community Manager, leading The Maximilian at Stonefield in Charlottesville from construction through stabilization while building a high-performing onsite team. She quickly advanced to Assistant Regional Property Manager, supporting oversight of The Maximilian along with several additional Richmond-area communities.

Ms. Corbett-Bratten has 12 years of multifamily property management experience across Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Central Virginia, with expertise in new construction lease-ups and Class A garden, mid-rise, and high-rise communities. She holds a master’s degree in English Literature from Mary Baldwin University.
