Ms. Ford-Holland joined Thalhimer Multifamily as a leasing manager at Towers on Franklin in August 2020. She was subsequently promoted to assistant manager. In early 2024, she transitioned to Eddy on the James, where she was significant to the success of the lease up. Ms. Ford-Holland has been part of TMF’s mentorship program and has mentored several of TMF’s new associates.
