Ms. Leininger will be based in the Richmond office. She has over 11 years of real estate and property management experience, including the past two years with Thalhimer at Deering Manor Apartments in Richmond.

Thalhimer Multifamily also announces that Laura Best has been promoted to Systems Support Coordinator. Ms. Best will be based in the Virginia Beach office. M s.
