RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, July 27, 2026 – Thalhimer Multifamily (TMF) is pleased to announce that Jayanna Carroll has joined the firm as Associate of Client Services.

Ms. Carroll first joined TMF as a summer intern in 2025, gaining valuable firsthand experience in the company’s corporate operations. During her internship, she supported system initiatives, participated in monthly departmental meetings, and assisted with prospective resident tours.

In her new role, Ms. Carroll will support business development and pre-development efforts through market research, project programming, proposal development, and the creation of client-facing materials. She will also help coordinate communications and project milestones among internal teams, ownership groups, and third-party partners. Additionally, she will assist with client communications, property tours, events, reporting, and other initiatives designed to enhance the overall client experience.
Ms. Carroll graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2025 with a degree in Real Estate and Finance. While at VCU, she was a member of the university’s track and cross-country teams and actively participated in the Kornblau Real Estate Club.
