NORFOLK, VIRGINIA: On October 11, 2024, Thalhimer Multifamily was well represented at the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA) ACE Awards in Norfolk.

Thalhimer Multifamily associates and communities were nominated in several categories, received multiple top five placements, and won one ACE award—Fox Hill Village for Community of the Year (with average rents between $1,350 and $1,449)!
