RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: On April 14th, the Richmond Real Estate Group awarded its annual “Impact Award” to Thalhimer Realty Partners (TRP) Westhampton Commons.

The RREG Annual Impact Awards honors commercial real estate projects making a meaningful difference across Richmond and celebrates the people, partnerships, and places shaping our city’s future. Westhampton Commons (home to The Crest and The Birney) was judged by the RREG board to have had the most positive and transformational impact on the community surrounding it among all other privately developed projects in Richmond in 2025.
