RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Thalhimer is excited to share that Maritza Pechin, Director of Development for Thalhimer Realty Partners, has been accepted into the inaugural cohort of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Americas Executive Development Program—a significant and highly competitive achievement.

This year’s ULI program drew applications from nearly 40 accomplished women whose work is already shaping the built environment, including developers, owners, architects, engineers, project managers, and consultants from across the globe and nearly every sector of commercial real estate. As you can imagine, the depth of talent, ambition and experience for this applicant pool made the selection process exceptionally competitive.

The fact that one of ULI Virginia‘s very own, Maritza, will join seven other outstanding leaders in this inaugural cohort, forming the foundation of what is expected to be a lasting and impactful professional community is really exciting. ULI Virginia has expressed how proud they are to be represented among this distinguished group, and they look forward to following the contributions this cohort will make.
