RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Thalhimer Realty Partners is pleased to announce the recent purchase of Spring Centre, a 30,392 square foot retail center located at 7124 Mechanicsville Turnpike in Hanover County, Virginia. The property was purchased from 6512 Mechanicsville Turnpike Holdings, LLC at a price of $1,960,000.    Spring Centre is well-situated east of I-295 along the well-traveled Mechanicsville Turnpike corridor, in close proximity to Lee-Davis High School. Current tenants include Tropical Smoothie Café, Martial Arts World, and Personal Chef To Go. 
   Thalhimer Realty Partners, Inc. plans to make significant renovations to Spring Centre, with work to be completed over the course of summer 2015. Renovation work will include landscaping enhancements, parking lot repairs, improvements to the building façade, installation of an updated lighting package to the center and upgrading building and tenant’s signage.   Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer will handle leasing and property management of the center with Nicki Jassy and Will McGoogan as exclusive leasing representatives and Zachary Brenner as portfolio manager.
