ROANOKE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce Jessica Johnson, CCIM has been appointed as the inbound Secretary/Treasurer for the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Mid-Atlantic Board of Directors for 2021- 2022. Ms. Johnson has also been selected to serve on the CCIM National Marketing Committee for a two-year term, 2021-2023. CCIM Institute is the most influential professional organization, providing real-world education and has been recognized as one of the leading experts in commercial investment real estate. 

Ms. Johnson joined Thalhimer’s Southwest Virginia office in Roanoke in 2015 and has over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry specializing in both tenant and landlord representation within the retail sector. Ms. Johnson is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), where she also serves as Regional Chair for the Mid-Atlantic Chapter, representing both West Virginia and Southwest Virginia. She is also active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves locally with Downtown Roanoke Incorporated as a member of the Board of Directors, as well as a committee member for Economic Development.
