Mr. Rouzie recently earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Cum Laude, from William & Mary in 2026. Through his academic achievements and strong foundation in finance, he brings valuable analytical and market insight to Thalhimer’s retail brokerage team.

In his new role, Mr. Rouzie will assist clients with retail property sales and leasing transactions, as well as tenant representation services.
