Prior to joining Thalhimer, Mr. Pelais served as chief engineer at the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Central Office, where he oversaw all mechanical, heating and cooling, and electrical systems across the facility. Mr. Pelais also spent 14 years at the Bank of America data center as assistant chief engineer. With extensive experience in complex facility operations and critical systems management, Mr. Pelais brings strong technical expertise and leadership to our organization.
