CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA, May 19, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Lacy Wilbur, CPM has joined their Commercial Property Services team in Charlottesville as a portfolio manager. Mr. Wilbur has over eight years of experience as a portfolio manager and managed a portfolio of properties in Charlottesville with Colliers. He holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Mr. Wilbur is a graduate of Lynchburg College with a BA in Communication Studies with an emphasis in journalism.
