Ms. Dewey is a seasoned commercial real estate operations executive with more than 15 years of experience leading multi-market business operations, brokerage support, facilities management, and financial oversight. She has a proven track record of optimizing workplace strategies, strengthening talent retention, and aligning operational initiatives with broader real estate business objectives. Ms. Dewey is recognized for building high-performing teams, driving compliance, and delivering measurable results across diverse markets, with a strong passion for cultural transformation and operational excellence.

Ms. Dewey joins Thalhimer from Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta, Georgia, where she served as Director of Market Operations for four years. Her prior experience includes roles with Savills Inc., Kinetix, LLC, and Allegis Group. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.

In her role as Vice President, Brokerage Operations, Ms. Dewey will help bridge high-level business strategy with day-to-day brokerage execution. Her initial focus will be on creating efficiencies in financial administration and enhancing the utilization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to strengthen business development and client retention efforts.
