VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA, August 18, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group represented the seller, Hickory Real Estate Partners, in the sale of Ward Court Distribution Center, an 85,295-square-foot distribution facility located at 5820 Ward Court in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Ward Court Distribution Center is a hyper-infill industrial asset strategically positioned adjacent to Norfolk International Airport and offers immediate access to I-64, the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel, the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel, and the Port of Virginia. The property features modern distribution specifications, including tilt-up concrete construction, 26’ clear heights, 14 loading doors, a 175-foot truck court, and heavy power infrastructure.

Northbridge Partners acquired the property on August 18, 2026, for $12.7 million.
