The asset is comprised of 248,816 square feet throughout multiple buildings and is anchored by Martin’s grocery store and Rural King. The asset was acquired on March 10, 2026, for $22,500,000 and was approximately 97% leased at the time of the sale. The sale was completed by Catharine Spangler of Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group.
