1070 Virginia Center Station is a 24,400 square foot, unanchored retail strip located along Brook Road (Route 1) in the Richmond, VA MSA. The property is 100% leased to seven national and regional operators including Chipotle, Mattress Firm, and Q BBQ. Originally constructed in 2006, the center is situated on ±4.89 acres within the Virginia Center Station retail development and adjacent to the larger Virginia Center Commons mall redevelopment.

Threelo, LLC purchased the investment property for $6,400,000. Sale negotiations were handled by Catharine Spangler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group.
