CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces that Nick Tanana has joined their Charleston office as a vice president where he will focus on office agency, tenant representation and corporate office transactions. Nick has over sixteen years of commercial real estate experience, most recently with Avison Young, where he represented owners and tenants throughout the Charleston Tri-County area and Columbia, SC.
Prior to Avison Young, Nick was the Director of Leasing and Asset Management for Triumph Development located in the D.C. area. At Triumph Development, Nick was responsible for the leasing and asset management of the entire portfolio of office and retail properties consisting of over 400,000 square feet. Throughout his time at Triumph, Nick negotiated and closed over 500 leases and renewals totaling more than 1MSF of total transactions. He was also responsible for managing all construction projects including major building renovations as well as all tenant build-outs totaling over $100M in job costs. 
Also joining Thalhimer’s Charleston office as an associate is Brady Dashiell. Brady will focus on the office sector in both agency and tenant representation assignments. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Brady worked as a brokerage assistant with Avison Young Commercial Real Estate. Brady attended the College of Charleston where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a minor in Real Estate.
