ROANOKE, VIRGINIA: Our Roanoke office partnered with Roanoke Area Ministries (RAM) in the fourth quarter. RAM is an interfaith nonprofit organization that advocates for individuals facing or threatened by homelessness and hunger. Founded in 1971, their doors are open to those in need of care coordination, day shelter services, meals, and emergency financial assistance.

The Roanoke Office was glad to donate various supplies to support RAM House, and they also collected $730 for Roanoke Area Ministries during Q4. 

RAM will relocate to its new facility in the spring of 2026. Thalhimer represented both the landlord and the tenant in the 2024 transaction, and RAM is currently renovating the building they purchased at 410 Elm Avenue in Roanoke.
