RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, December 18, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer partnered with World Pediatrics during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2025 through its Thalhimer Gives program, a companywide initiative dedicated to community involvement and charitable giving in the markets we serve.
World Pediatrics is an international nonprofit organization that provides life-saving surgical and medical care to children worldwide. Headquartered in Richmond, VA, World Pediatrics’ mission is to heal more children, in less time, by transforming access to advanced pediatric healthcare. Since 2001, World Pediatrics has provided life-changing care to more than 27,000 children in 40 countries.
Through Thalhimer Gives, associates engage meaningfully with their communities by contributing financially, donating essential supplies, and giving generously of their time to local nonprofit organizations.

• Financial & In-Kind Support
o Thalhimer donated a total of $8,869 to World Pediatrics in Q4 through associate donations and a
dollar-for-dollar company match.
o Thalhimer associates also donated over $1,700 worth of items to comfort visiting families and children
during their medical stay, including winter coats, gloves, scarves, and hats.

• Volunteer Engagement
o Richmond associates supported World Pediatrics at their Imagination Playground in the Kids’ Zone
during the Dominion Energy Classic PGA tournament, supervising and playing with children
throughout the weekend. Volunteers covered multiple shifts from Friday through Sunday.
o Thalhimer also provided a pizza lunch for visiting families at the Ronald McDonald House at the
Children’s Hospital of Richmond (CHoR), a World Pediatrics program partner. Marco’s Pizza
generously donated 20 pizzas for lunch, and Thalhimer supplied dessert to complete the meal.
