RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer today announced that TJ Maxx is joining Parham Plaza Shopping Center, leasing 21,089 square feet of retail space currently occupied by Staples.
Parham Plaza Shopping Center is a Walmart-anchored 181,580 square foot neighborhood shopping center located on N. Parham Road at Quioccasin Road, in the Regency District of Henrico County.
