(TRP), the investment and development subsidiary of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer (“Thalhimer”), is pleased to announce that it has closed on the purchase of the Stratford at Williamsburg Apartments at a purchase price of $12.1 million through their Thalhimer Multifamily Fund which was formed in late 2016. Stratford at Williamsburg is comprised of 156 one and two-bedroom apartment units and is located at 100 Stratford Road in Williamsburg, Virginia, along Route 60 situated between the College of William & Mary, Colonial Williamsburg and the Williamsburg Premium Outlets. Property amenities include a clubhouse, pool, dog park and playground. Thalhimer’s Residential Property Services will manage the property on behalf of TRP. Cindy Scanlan will be the portfolio manager responsible for the oversight of the property’s operations.
