NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of Rock Landing IV and Rock Landing V, located at 11844-11846 Rock Landing Drive in Newport News, Virginia. 
SSBL purchased the combined 36.250 square foot Class B Office buildings, located in Oyster Point, from Rock Landing Partners III, LLC and Rock Landing Partners IV, LLC for $3,000,000 as an investment.
