RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Thalhimer is excited to announce that Cathy Spangler and Maritza Pechin have been selected as new members of the VCU Real Estate Circle of Excellence, effective July 1, 2025.
 
The Real Estate Circle of Excellence is an elite group that partners with the Kornblau Real Estate Program to advance the quality and relevance of VCU’s educational efforts and bring practical “real world” experience to the program.

Cathy Spangler, a senior vice president in Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group in the Richmond office, has been with the company since 2010. 
 
Maritza Pechin joined Thalhimer Realty Partners in July 2024 as Director of Development.
