Veteran Project Manager Joins Project Management Team

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced today that Mike Dawson has joined the firm as Senior Project Manager. In his new role, Dawson will be responsible for providing value-added tenant and landlord project services as well as additional capacity for project execution on the firm’s managed and owned portfolio throughout Southern Virginia and South Carolina.

Dawson has over ten years’ experience in commercial construction and project management, working for the last five years with Carr Properties in Washington, D.C. as a Senior Construction Manager. During his time with Carr Properties, Dawson managed over $30M in tenant improvement and capital projects, including American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) in Bethesda, MD, and the main lobby and curtainwall replacement at 2001 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC.
