JFS Real Estate, LLC purchased the 20,400 square foot office/warehouse building from Nicholson Properties, LLC for $1,842,500 as an investment. Two new tenants announced to occupy the building are Conte Bicycle Group LLC and Hospital Warehouse LLC.
