NORFOLK, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of 8031 Hampton Boulevard in Norfolk, Virginia for $3.125 million.
   Virginia Port Authority purchased the 84,358 sq.ft. industrial property situated on 2.96 acres from Financial Way Realty, Inc. to be utilized for port-related uses.
