Rick Barker Properties, LLC purchased the 152,379 square foot warehouse distribution facility, situated on 23 acres, from Cruciger, L.P. for $3,850,000. The property will be utilized by Supply Resources Incorporated for distribution of packaging, corrugated and paper products.
