CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is excited to announce that Wasserhund Brewing Co., LLC has leased 4,000 square feet in Summit Pointe, located at Pinnacle Drive & Belaire Avenue in Chesapeake, Virginia. 

The new brewery will be the second location for Wasserhund Brewing; their original location is in the Hilltop area of Virginia Beach. The opening of the brewery is scheduled for June 2021.

Summit Pointe, located in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake, is a $330M mixed-use project that includes the Dollar Tree Inc. campus, and when complete, will include more than one million square feet of office space, up to 500,000 square feet of retail space, approximately 250,000 square feet of hospitality and conference space, and 1,400-plus residences. Development is underway in three phases, with Phase One completed.
