Wellington Manor Apartments, LLC purchased the complex comprised of 62 townhouse style units from TP Two, LLC & Wellington Inc. for $2,525,000 as an investment.  Wellington Manor is located just outside of the City of Martinsville on the heavily traveled US Route 58.
