Jim joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 2025 as Senior Vice President of Commercial Property Services and brings more than 25 years of experience in property management, project management, technical facility services, lease administration and property accounting. Jim most recently served as the Director of Property Management – South Carolina for CBRE, where he led the management of more than 38 million square feet of commercial properties in South Carolina and Coastal Georgia. Jim is responsible for leading and setting the strategic direction for Thalhimer’s commercial property services department, which specializes in the management of more than 30 million sf of industrial, retail, medical, and office properties across the Commonwealth of Virginia. His dedication to client advocacy and service excellence will drive value for the clients he serves and the teams he will lead.
