RICHMOND, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of the Exchange Place office building located in Shockoe Slip at 1313 E. Main Street in Richmond, Virginia.
     Exchange Place, consisting of 78,800 square feet, was sold by Exchange Place Limited Partnership to Duesenberg Properties, LLC. The property will be converted into a mixed use asset consisting of commercial ground floor space of 4,000 square feet, 63 apartments, as well as office space.  On-site amenities will include a gym and parking.
