Enterprise Holdings Purchases Two York County Sites for their New Virginia Corporate Operations
YORK COUNTY, VA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have represented and assisted Enterprise Holdings in the purchase of two properties that will soon become the new Virginia operations for its Enterprise Fleet Management affiliate, relocating to York County from Newport News. Enterprise Holdings is the company that operates Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent a Car brands.
The new Enterprise corporate office, training center and fleet management location will be located at the former President’s Park property, consisting of a 10,206 square foot building situated on 10 acres, located near Water Country USA at 211 & 223 Water Country Parkway in Williamsburg, Virginia. The property was purchased from GAC-HEL, Inc.
The company’s Virginia administrative, human resources and accounting functions will relocate to 323 Alexander Lee Parkway, a 12,800 square foot building in the Busch Industrial Park. The building, along with 6.49 acres which offers 3.1 acres for future growth and expansion, was purchased from Swain Properties, LLC.
