CHESAPEAKE:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have represented DESMI Inc. in the lease of a 37,000 square foot industrial building on 2.45 acres within Cavalier Industrial Park at 1119 Cavalier Blvd. in Chesapeake, VA. 
     DESMI is a global company specializing in the development and manufacturing of pump solutions, environmental equipment and special products. They chose to remain in Chesapeake and will relocate and expand within Cavalier Industrial Park.
     Christine Kaempfe, CCIM of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant, and Patrick Mumey, SIOR and Tony Weiss, also with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, marketed the facility for sale/lease and represented the landlord.
