GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces that its Capital Markets Group represented Alliance Partners in the sale of Commonwealth Distribution Center, a 221,645 square foot class A industrial facility located at 40 Tyger River Drive in Duncan, South Carolina.   Exeter  Property Group purchased the 100% leased property for $9,700,000 as an investment.
