NEWPORT NEWS, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the Peninsula Professional Building located in Oyster Point Business Park at 11818 Rock Landing Drive in Newport News, Virginia.  

Municipal Partners II, LLC purchased the approx. 30,000 sq.ft. class A office building from Continental Rock Landing, LLC for $2,961,707 as an investment.
