Graphic Design Associates Win Industry Awards
RICHMOND, VA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce associates from their Marketing & Design Group recently won three design awards as part of Graphic Design USA Magazine’s Annual American InHouse Design Awards. The American Inhouse Design Awards is the premier showcase for outstanding work by inhouse designers. It is a unique opportunity for inhouse design, marketing and communications departments to be recognized for their creativity and talent, for the special challenges they face, and for the value they bring to their businesses and institutions. The magazine received more than 4,000 entries for consideration in 24 different categories.
Sarah Stadler, Jr. Graphic Designer in Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Raleigh, NC office, won for two designs in the Book category. Winning entries were custom, multi-page layouts incorporating interesting type treatments, color palettes, and sophisticated use of white space. Ms. Stadler’s winning pieces were executed for commercial multi-family development projects and developable land for office, retail and multi-family construction. Katie Kidd, Graphic Designer in their Charlotte, NC office also won an award for her design of The Hearst Tower pocket folder in the category of Brochures & Collateral. Ms. Kidd’s design strategy highlighted the premier, Class A office tower by a simple and elegant layout that incorporated both full color and black and white photography.
